Developed these style frames for FOX Entertainment, specifically for the main title of a new FOX originals show based on L.R. Wright's acclaimed book series.
The design aims to capture the essence of the gripping narrative and atmosphere, blending elements of mystery and suspense with a visual style that reflects the small-town setting. Each frame was carefully crafted to evoke the eerie, intimate tone of the series, while providing a sense of intrigue that aligns with the book’s themes of crime, secrets, and unexpected twists.
Thought Process:
I aimed to highlight the intricate details of each episode through a wood-carved panel storytelling approach, using the natural textures and layers of the carving to reflect the depth and complexity of the narrative. Each panel represents a pivotal moment, immersing the audience in the dark and mysterious atmosphere of the small town, while adding a tactile, almost vintage quality that complements the unfolding suspense.
